THE CONCEPT OF STRUGGLE AGAINST INFECTION CONTAMINATIONS AT THE PRESENT STAGE
Frolov A.F.
In article the review of the literature concerning a modern state of struggle against contagions in modern condi-tions is presented. It is shown an essential role of persistent viruses in complication of an epidemic situation in the world recently. Paths of the further struggle against epidemies of dangerous infection contaminations are offered. Strat-egy of behaviour of the state in conditions of threat of modern epidemies is offered.

CHANGE OF COMPOSITION OF THE MICROFLORA AS THE EFFICIENCY FACTOR OF APPLICATION OF MEDICAL DRUGS AT EXPERIMENTAL DISBIOSIS
Gataulin AG, Blinkova LP, Michaylova NA, Yolkina SI, Gayderov AA, Kalina NG, Gorobetc OB.
In article results of studying of spirulina influence and ciprofloxacin on a breeding of microorganisms are resulted. It is shown, that spirulina in quantity of 1 mg has caused an essential quantitative change of microorganisms. Number lac + and lac-microorganisms has compounded 10:1. However the augmentation of a spirulina dose has sharply reduced a level 1àñ + enterobacteria (more than in 200 times). Similar influence of the same doses of a complex of spirulina me-tabolites also has been taped in vitro concerning E.coli, Shigella, Staphyiococcus, Streptococcus. For carrying out of correction of a microflora at disbiosis an intestine it is necessary to consider features of action of the injected drug not only on a concrete microorganism, but also on its interrelation with other microflora, including, the same sort.

FEATURES OF DYNAMICS OF THE INFLUENZA AND ACUTE RESPIRATORY VIRUS INFECTION OF THE GAS-DISCHARGE LAMPS’ PLANT
Plovetskaya IA.
The results of own researches are reported. In the Poltava Gas-Discharge Lamps’ Plant, the legibly expressed seasonal regularity of dynamics of the influenza + ARVI (acute respiratory virus infection) morbidity with maxima of quantity and general duration of cases in the second half of winter and minima in the second half of summer is observed. The duration of a separate case has three almost identical maxima in January, May and September. The trends of quantity of cases of influenza + ARVI diseases and general quantity of days of disease indicate existence of the legible long-term tendency to ascending of these parameters. The mean duration of one case practically does not change. Dynamics of all parameters has an the expressed periodic component, which requires further research, as well as factors conditioning it. Similar researches on other plants with some harmful working conditions are necessary for the elucidation of the role of the harmfulness of production.
Keywords: production of gas-discharge lamps, influenza and ARVI, morbidity dynamics, trend, periodicity.

ASSOCIATION BETWEEN TRANSCRIPTION AND DOUBLE-STRAND BREAKS FORMATION DURING HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT DNA FRAGMENTATION
Kolotova T. Yu.
In this work the results of study of DNA cleavage into high molecular weight fragments in murine thymocytes and human lymphoblastoma cells (line CEM) have been summarised. It has been revealed the influence of inhibitors of RNA and protein synthesis actinomycin D and cyclogeximid on the high molecular weight DNA fragmentation. The inhibition of high molecular weight fragmentation in thymocytes by actinomycin D confirmed the supposition about the requirement of transcription for the DNA disintegration. Moreover the distribution pattern of topological domains containing c-myc between cleavable and uncleavable DNA fraction in CEM cell during and after starvation reflects the transcriptional activity of the gene.

BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF SHIGELLA SPP. ISOLATED IN SUMY REGION IN 1996-2003
Djachenko AG, Rudenko SS, Galuchko NA, Bogzko MG, Djachenko PA, Pasechnik TO.
The purpose of the study – to determine the sensitivity of Shigella sonnei and Shigella flexneri to antimicrobial drugs and their clinical effectiveness for moderating recommendations for empiric therapy of shigellosis. A total of 164 strains of S.flexneri and 80 strains of S.sonnei isolated in Sumy region of Ukraine during 1996-2003 years were tested to 19 antimicrobials: ampicillin (Am), tetracyclin (Te), rifampicine (Ri), chloramphenicol (Ca), streptomycin (St), fusidin (Fu), êanamycin (Ên), erythromycin (Er), carbenicillin (Cb), doxicyclin (Do), gentamycine (Ge), ofloxacin (Of), cefazolin (Cf), ciprofloxacin (Cp). High rate of resistance were found in both S.flexneri and S.sonnei to: Am (100%), Te (100%), Cb (90 and 50% respectively), Do (90 and 35% respectively), Fu (100%), Er (100%), Ri (100%), Ca (71,8 and 45% respectively), St (81 and 40% respectively). Some isolates were resistant to ftorchinolones.

SOME REASONS OF FORMATION INTESTINAL DYSBACTERIOSIS AT CHILDREN UNDER 3 AGE MECHNIKOV INSTITUTE OF MICROBIOLOGY AND IMMUNOLOGY OF UKRAINE MSA
Derkach SA, Nosatenko AI, Krilova IA, Strogaya EI, Davidenko MB.
The reasons of formation dysbacteriosis’s formation at 160 children under 3 age were investigated. Such factors as alimentary diarrheae, colitises; allergic diseases (diathesises, dermatiteses); eating of motherly milk, physiological labor or delivery by cesarean section were taken into account. Anamnestic data and results of bacteriological examination were analyzed. It was established that at 61,1 - 88,6 % of children after delivery by cesarean section and eating of motherly milk less 25 days had significant quantitative and qualitative changes in the content of intestinal microflora. The principal disorders were: decrease of bifidum and lactobacteria (< 1x107 CFU/g); bacterial contamination; colonization of enterobacteria, pathogenic staphylococcus wither hemolytic properties, fungi of Candida genus. Intestinal dysbacteriosis was registrated more often at children with allergic diseases and with functional disorder of intestinal tract (33,3 % and 62,5 % of total number of examinated children, respectively. Such children consist the group of risk, which needs in examination of intestinal microflora to determine the complex approach to treatment and choice of optimal probiotics.
