CONCEPTUALLY-ANALYTICAL ASPECTS OF ECOLOGY OF NATURALLY HEARTHAL ILLNESSES
Kuznecov A.V., Sidenko V.P., Ponomarenko A.M.
Analytical  researches  of  ecological  essence   of  naturally hearthal illnesses, based on modern information of epidemiology, immunology and molecular biology, are pull out conception  of  origin  and  existence   of  interspecific  biocommunications,  depending  both  on  pathogenicity  and virulence of genome and from symbiotic relations between donors,  vections,  recipients   and  exciters  in  natural   landscape  and  water  environments.  On  the  stages   of  preadaptive   processes,    the  origin  of  antigen   variants  and population is assumed sensible and receptive to thewarmblooded animals, the natural hearths of dangerous illnesses are  formed   in  investigation  of  which   regardless  of  man. Presented materials in the process of researches and fundamental  researches  including  on  territory  of  international transport  corridors  suppose  allow  in  future  practically  to ground  authentic  essence  of  ecology  of  naturally  hearthal illnesses.

CLINICAL  AND  IMMUNOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF INFECTIOUS MONONUCLEOSIS
Kolyada  T.I.,  Andreieva  I.D.,  Sherbak  O.N.,  Brusnik S.V., Nesterenko A.M., Mikhailichenko M.S., Kolyada O.N.
The connection between the severity of clinical manifestations and immune response features in patients with acute infectious mononucleosis (IM) was studied. It was established, that in IM patients with minor disease severity dominated the cellular-mediated response. In IM patients with mild disease severity the humoral-oriented immune response predominated. The described above findings suggest the need of differential approach of immune modulators application in IM therapy, depending on the level of disease severity.
Key words: infectious mononucleosis, immune status, immune response.

PROOXIDANT-ANTIOXIDANT SYSTEM IN RAT’S BLOOD AFTER ADT-IMMUNIZATION
Volyanskiy A.Yu., Kuchma I.Yu., Nikitchenko Yu.V., Simirenko L.L.
The  dynamics  of  lipid  hydroperoxide  concentration changes,  enzymatically  active  ceruloplasmin  concentration,  superoxide  dismutase  and  glutathione  peroxidase activities  in  blood  serum  of  3-monthly  old  rats  under long-term  administration  of 1-methyl-2-mercaptoimidazol (mercazolil) and in the process ofimmunity response formation against diphtheria and tetanus anatoxins of ADT-vaccine was studied. The investigated antithyroid  remedy  was  revealed  to  displace  the  prooxidant-antioxidant  balance  of  blood  to  the  side  of antioxidants. The administration of ADT-vaccine against the background of mercazolil had resulted in the slowing of  changes  of  glutathione  peroxidase  activity  and  enzymatically active ceruloplasmin content.
Key words: prooxidant-antioxidant balance, 1-methyl-2-mercaptoimidazol, ADT-anatoxin, rats.

Kozar V.V., Kudrya M.Y., Prilutskiy A.S
The  hipoestrogenia  influence  on  the  endogen  intoxication state  by  the  antibodies  level  to  the  endotoxin   has been studied. In the experiences on the rats it has beenrevealed that the female castration was accompanied to the antibo dies level to the endotoxin increasing in blood serum. The decline of the  diagnostic  index  stays  on  the  merely  same  level  that  in ovariectomia rats group with extra carbohydrate charge.
Key words: hipotstrogenia, ovariectomia, endotoxin, endogen intoxication syndrome.

NOT PLANNED VACCINATION AGAINST MEASLES AND GERMAN MEASLES AS THREAT FOR NATIONAL BIOLOGICAL SAFETY IN UKRAINE (ANALYSIS OF FACTS AND PROGNOSIS OF CONSEQUENCES)
Martynov A.V.
Facts which allow to classify a provided the not planned vaccination against a measles and rubella by IndianKK vaccine in Ukraine in 2008 as an act of biological aggression against the population of Ukraine with the purpose at demographic adjusting for birth-rate level are resulted in the article. It is show that on custom territory of Ukraine it is illegally brought a biological agent from two living viruses, one of which is a measles virus(strain Edmonton-Zagreb) on virulence actually does not differ from the field measles virus, and on ability for replication even with specific antibodies presence in vaccinated human’s blood. In addition, for vaccination was chosen the population category, which is the most vulnerable for these agents with tropic to the genesial organs. It is also indicated on the fact of measles growing in human’s cells culture that contains horionic gonadotropin as the main stimulator for cells growth (embryonic serum). The last component (gonadotropin) is the basic component of vaccines for population sterilization , development by WHO and by UNICEF from 1970 years.
