The modern sight at the possibilities of polymerase chain reaction application in Yesinia infections diagnostics is presented in the work. The data about high effectiveness of PCR, as compared with conventional methods of research, in revealing of intestinal yersiniosis and pseudotuberculosis are represented. The results of genetic structure analysis of Y.pseudotuberculosis and Y.enterocolitica, that are necessary for working out the epidemiological markers for Yesinia distribution surveillance are described. The data from references testify to necessity of development of new and improvement of existing genemolecular research methods for Yesinia infections diagnostics.

IMMUNOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE MODEL OF RADIATION- INDUCED ANTI- INFECTIOUS RESISTANCE DEFECT
Kolyada T.I., Brusnik S.V., Sklyar N.I., Michailichenko M.S.,  Nesterenko A.M., Kolyada O.N.

In course of the present work a model of radiationinduced anti-infectious resistance defect was developed. The research has shown that infection with Salmonella typhimurium of the postnatally irradiated Wistar rats in the dose range of 0,75 - 1,5 Gy leads to the complex defect of anti- infectious resistance, characterized with the following features of immune system activation: phagocytosis depression, the increase in proinflammatory cytokines levels -TNF-α level was (94,07±2,67) pg/ml, the decrease in the general complement level (36,75±1,75) h.u. and an increase in circulating immune complexes (0,009±0,0007) o.d.u. The developed model can be used in order to evaluate the consequences of irradiation at any time after exposition and methods of their correction.

CLINICO-MORPHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE MATERIALS FROM
ENT-PATIENTS WITH MIXED VIRAL-BACTERIAL INFECTION
Torianyk I.I., Panchenko L.A., Popova N.G., Korovaeva I.V.
The article contains the materials on clinicomorphological diagnosis in ENT- patients with mixed viral and bacterial infection. It is specified that the conditions of mixed infection development increase the etiopathogenic effects which makes the disease clinical presentation significantly more severe, its manifestations polymorphous and prolongs its clinical course. The somatic signs typical for infection diseases are supplemented by mental disorders, which show the inversion of personal and volitional properties. The formation of the symptom complex effects the organism in a whole against a background of structural and functional changes of its organs (pharynx, larynx, bronchi) which can have both specific and unspecific character. It is interesting that dominating are the signs of morphologic changes, which have been traditionally treated as virogenic (nucleus- to- cytoplasm ratio, nonstable sorption ability of cytoplasm, sorption and cumulation ability of nuclei).

Yelyseyeva I.V., Babych Ye.M., Zhdamarova L.A., Belozersky V.I., Sklyar N.I., Kolpak S.A., Bobireva I.V.
The carried out researches are devoted working out of approaches to improvement of vaccinal preparations against a diphtheria by reception of antigene microbic fractions of the activator which would raise antibacterial immunity as the factor of localisation of a diphtheritic infection in an organism and would stimulate development of antitoxic immunity. Were studied antigene and adjuvant properties of experimental samples of antigenic preparations of the activator of a diphtheria. The received antigene fractions of subcellular complexes of a diphtheria are capable to stimulate antitoxic humoral immunity at introduction together with cleared concentrated diphtheritic toxoid and independently using parenteral and oral immunization schemes.

GLUCOCORTICOID PART OF ANTIBODY GENESIS REGULATION AT THE HYPOTHYROID STATE OF THE ORGANISM IN EXPERIMENT
Kuchma I.J.

A glucocorticoid part of antibody genesis regulation in dynamics of formation of the humoral immune answer to diphtheritic and tetanic anatoxins of ADS-vaccine at euthyroid and hypothyroid 3-month's Wistar males rats was investigated. Changes of corticosteron serum concentration in the course of the immune answer formation at the background of an organism hypothyroid state, induced by 1-1- 2-mercaptoimidazol introduction, was described by empirical function of regression. Serum level of glucocorticoid hormones before vaccination and in an inductive phase of humoral immune answer formation were bound to specific antibody genesis activity, that are illustrated by charts of dispersion and mathematically described by models of correlation and empirical functions of regression.
Keywords: an organism hypothyroid state, antibody genesis, corticosteron, ADT-anatoxin, rats.
