AN ORGANISM THYROID STATUS AND NITRIC OXIDE
Bondar T.8.
Cardiovascular complications at hypo-and hyperthyroidism are connected with disfunction of vascular endothelium which key regulator is nitric oxide. Data about sources of synthesis, nitric oxide physiological effects, mechanisms of regulation of NO-syntases activity are presented. Possible mechanisms of changes of NOsyntases activity at hypo- and hyperthyroidism are discussed.
Key words: thyroid hormones, nitric oxide, vascular endothelium.

THE INFLUENCE OF ALIMENTARY LOAD IN POSTNATAL PERIOD OH THE STATE OF PROOXIDANT-ANTIOXIDANT SYSTEM OF RAT BLOOD UNDER IMMUNIZATION BY ADT ANATOXIN
Volyansky A.Yu., Hikitchenko J.V., Simirenko L.L., Kuchma I.Yu., Davidenko M. B.
The influence of overnutrition in early postnatal period on the state of prooxidant-antioxidant system of bloodunder immunization of Wistar rats by ADT-anatoxin was investigated. The lowering of reliability of enzymatic antioxidant  system  conditioned  by  the  decrease  of  seleniumdependent glutathione peroxidase activity was revealed in blood of  experimental  animals.  It  was  shown  that  in the process  of  formation  of  immune  response  to  diphtheria and tetanus anatoxins of ADT-vaccine the content ofenzymatically active ceruloplasmin in experimental rats was increased at more early stages compared with control rats.

Panchenko L.A., Popova N.G., Torianyk I.I., Kazmirchuk V.V.
High  level  of  infection  with  type  6  human  herpesvirus (69,2%)  was  established  in  patients  with  infectious inflammatory  diseases  of  the  pharynx  and  larynx. Increased level of Ig G antibodies simultaneously to HSV and HHV-6 was determined in 38,0 % of cases.

BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF DIPHTHERIAE PATHOGEN ANlTIGENS OBTAINED BY PHYSICOCHEMICAL METHODS
Yelyseyeva I.V., Babych Ye.M., Zhdamarova L.A., Belozersky V.I., Kolpak S.A., Gorbach T.V., Bobireva I.V.
Conducted study covers development of approaches to diphtheria vaccine improvement notably referred to increase of antibacterial immunity as a factor of diphtheria infection localization in a humane organism. Physicochemical factors are used for obtaining of native pathogen antigens. At the first stage of the study the most perspective regime of the microbe cells ultrasonic disintegration, use of chemical agents and ultra filtration are taken for antigen preparations obtaining with the potentially most effective immunogenic and adjuvant properties. A description of the obtained specimens of antigenic
fractions preparations on chemical composition and molecular weight is represented.
Keywords: diphtheria, vaccine, ultrasonic

The growth kinetics of microorganisms under influence of the  different  doses  of  diphtheria  toxin  before  and  after using  millimeters  waves  determined  frequency  ranges (40,0  HHz;  42,2  HHz;  50,3  HHz;  58,0  HHz;  61,0  HHz; 64,5  HHz)  was  studied.  It  was  found  experimentally  that after adding diphtheria toxin in nutrient medium inamount 0,1 ml on 1,0 ml ambiences the growing of S.aureus ATCC 25923 was  suspended  but  the  accumulation  of  E.faecalis ATCC  6783microbial mass was stimulated. The presence of  0,3  ml  diphtheria  toxin  in  1,0  ml  nutrient  medium resulted  to  enterococcus  growth  inhibition  and  partial S.aureus lysis.  It  was  determined  that  adding  diphtheria toxin irradiated in different frequency range of millimeter waves  in  nutrient  medium  brought  to  the  differently directed changes in the growth kinetics of microorganisms which  depended  of  amount  of  the  toxin,  frequencies  of millimeter waves and type used for experiment bacteria.
Key  words:  opportunistic  pathogenic  bacteria,  growth kinetics, diphtheria toxin, millimeters waves.
