MECHANISMS AND REGULATION OF THE PHASE AND ANTIGENIC VARIATIONS OF BACTERIA
Kolotova T.Yu., Baluta I.M., Voropay A.Yu., Val'chuk S.I., Kuchma I.Yu., Volyanskiy A.Yu., Maslyanchuk O.A.
This article discusses genetic mechanisms and regulation of the phase and antigenic variations of prokaryotes. It is anticipated that studying enzymes catalyzing genome rearrangements, which underlie phase and antigenic variation, gives opportunity to create new drugs inhibiting the enzymes catalytic activity and preventing the emergence of new antigen or phase switching. While traditionally it has been believed that genetic rearrangements are random, article summaries experimental evidence, which prove regulation of the phase and antigenic variations by the environmental conditions. Moreover some conditions of the external environment, controlling genetic variation, are factors that predict the future collision of the bacterial cells with selective agents.
Key words: phase variation, antigenic variations, bacteria, genome rearrangement, recombination, environmental conditions, regulation.

Influence of the partly succinylated derivates of interleukin-2 and thymalin is studied on functional characteristics of lymphocytes (capacity for proliferation and reaction of receptor apparatus) in vitro taking into account the initial state of the immune system (patients with a acute coronary syndrome or healthy examinees), specific and organ belonging (lymphocytes of peripheral blood of man, thymus of rats, spleen of mise). The expressed stimulant effect acylated IL-2 in relation to all types of tested cells is found out. A conclusion is done about perspective of the use of the got derivate IL-2 as constituent or independent drug possessing high immunopotenting properties, after additional researches in vivo and in vitro. Keywords: lymphocytes, immunomodulation ability, modified drugs.

THE EFFECT OF NON-BALANCED NUTRITION ON THE IMMUNOHORMONAL STATE OF RATS UNDER IMMUNIZATION
Kuchma I.J., Simirenko L.L., Nikitchenko J.V., IschenkO T.I., Voljanskij A.J., Bondar T.M.
Influence of the maintenance of rats males of Wistar line from 1-month's age throughout 90 days on a diet unbalanced by animal proteins and vitamins of an antioxidatic number on specific antibody genesis activity was investigated. The maintenance of rats on an unbalanced diet resulted in the formation of an organism hyperthyroid state and was accompanied by depression of specific antibody genesis activity at immunization of 3- month's animals by ADT-anatoxin. Results of immunohormonal communications analysis in the dynamics of the humoral immune answer formation are described by means of empirical function of regression and added by correlation models.

Smelyanskaya M.
The conducted researches are show the role of viruses of group of Herpesviridae in the process of pathogenesis socially meaningful diseases of human (SMD) is ischemic heart disease, cancer and tuberculosis. Except for the traditional methods of treatment other approach is offered is a purposeful fight against persistence viruses. It is shown that conducting of antiviral therapy in the complex of base measures at SMD gives a positive effect: success at treatment of SMD, and also prevention of relapses.

FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY OF LYMPHOCYTES OF OFTEN BEING ILL CHILDREN WITH THE SYNDROME OF LYMPHADENOPATHY
Popov N.N., Savvo A.N., Romanova E.A.
Descriptions of lymphoid constituent of peripheral blood of children sufferings by frequent acute respirators infections (ARI) without and with the syndrome of lymphadenopathy (LAP) are studied. By characteristic violations of often being ill ARI children are considerable decline of stimulation RBTL on PHÀ, to the products by lymphocytes IL-2 and INFγ, to activity of their nuclear chromatin, to the concentration in the serum of blood of INFα and INFγ in a period and after the disease. Increase the part of Ò- and Â-lymphocytes, bearings markers activated (CD25+) and actively proliferated (CD71+) cells both in the acute period of disease and after convalescence, and also overactivity of nuclear chromatin and capacity for the increased spontaneous products IL-2 by mononuclears after completion of illness are the distinctive features of lymphoid part of blood of often being ill children.

The influence of bacterial toxins on genome of buccal epithelium cells was studied. It was determined, that diphtheria exotoxin had a negative influence on nuclear apparatus of eukaryotic cells. As a result of this influence the proper areas of chromatin lose their metabolic activity. Millimeter waves irradiation of diphtheria toxin resulted to reduction of the above mentioned toxin negative effects on nuclear genome of buccal epithelium cells.
