The data
of study of immogenic properties of somatic antigens of Corynebacterium
diphtheria protected by different polymer combinations at different
methods of application are presented. More expressed immunogenity of
liposomal forms of antigen at introduction per os to experimental
animals at background of preliminary parenteral in-troduction of this
preparation is demonstrated. The conclusion about the perspective of
improvement of immunization shemes with utilization of effective doses
and optimal intervals between the introduction of preparations.

ÑÒÀÒÓÑ ÙÓв вÇÍÎÃΠ²ÊÓ Âîëÿíñüêèé À.Þ. THE INFLUENCE OF ADT-ANATOXIN ON GLUCOCORTICOID STATUS OF RATS OF DIFFERENT AGE Volyanskiy A.Y. We
examined the age-specific glucocorticoid status characteristics of
intact male rats line Wistar aged 3 an 30 months during the
immunization with ADT-anatoxin. The age-specific features of
glucocorticoid function GG ACS functional state and the age-related and
specific differences of anti-diptheria and anti-tetanus antibody
genesis during the antitoxic immune response development process were
identified. The empirical mathematical models of body glucocorticoid
status changes in the dynamics of formation process of the antitoxic
immune response are received depending on term after immunization and
age of animals.

The dynamics of growth of culture of production culture of A.v³r³dans N 167 on different nourishing environments and an optimum nourishing environment is select for the receipt of liquid form of probiotics «A-bacterinum». Possibility of constructing of liquid forms of probiotics is experimentally well-proven taking into account the biochemical aspects of metabolism of probiotics cultures and by the observance of principles and requirements FAO/WHO. On the basis of the received data the basic technological scheme of manufacture of the liquid form of a probiotic is developed «A-bacterinum». |

results shown that in human’s organism, especially with chronic somatic
pathology, were presented persistent viruses of herpes group in one or
more organs with big probability. Presence persistent viruses of herpes
group in one or more human’s organs can start mechanism of reactivation
of persistent infection, caused by herpes virus with involved in
infectious process other not herpes group viruses. Besides after
infected by herpes virus of host organism the related virus from other
group are possible caused of they exaltation action.

some given literatures on interrelation microbial contaminations of
water and flares of nosocomial infection are submitted. The necessity
of a padding decontamination of water submitted in hospitals is proved.
The assumption of an opportunity of application for this purpose of
chlorine dioxide as high performance desinfectant is stated.

DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUAL CHARTS OF APPLICATION OF ANTIBACTERIAL PREPARATIONS AT INFLAMMATORY PATHOLOGIES OF SKIN AND MUCOUS MEMBRANES FOR DOGS ON BASIS OF RESULTS OF STUDY OF PROPERTIES OF SELECTED MIKROFLORY Obuchovskaya O.V., Stegniy B.T., Keleberda N.I., Glebova K.V. During
conducting of bacteriological study of pathological material from dogs
with different pathologies (dermatitises, vaginits, postits,
conjunctivitises, otitides and stomatits) isolated and studied 205
cultures of microorganisms. It is set that gram+ cocci (representatives
of births of Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Micrococcus) and
enterobakterys (representatives of Proteus, Citrobacter and Serratia)
have most etiologic value, which in 81,46 % cases selected in
composition bacterial associations. The sensitiveness of the selected
cultures is studied to the basic groups of antibiotics. Methodical
approaches are certain to development of individual charts of treatment
