THE CHANGES OF THE BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF E.COLI, K.PNEUMONIAE AND AERUGINOSAE FALLING UNDER INFLUENCE OF C.DIPHTHERIAE EXOTOXIN Babych E.M., Kalinichenko S.V., Ryzhkova T.A. Influence
of different doses of diphtheria exotoxin on growth kinetic, antibiotic
resistance, adhesive and anticomplementary activity of gram-negative
bacteria was studied. It was determined that adhesive activity didn’t
change but anticomplementary activity was 1,26-1,52 times less. Growth
kinetic of gram-negative bacteria increased for certain in 1,7-2,8
times (p<0,05) after 0,1 ml of diphtheria toxin had been added in
1,0 ml of the nutrient medium; influence of lager dose of exotoxin (0,3
ml of exotoxin in 1,0 of the nutrient medium) resulted to growth
kinetic depression in 2,0-3,4 times (p<0,05).
Antibiotic sensibility decreased on average in 1,2-1,4 times independently of the exotoxin dose. Key words: diphtheria exotoxin, growth kinetic, antibiotic resistancenegative bacteria.

The influence of IVIG-therapy for clinical
course of disease and immune indicators 23 patients with necrosis form
acute epiglottitis was searched. It was determined that this therapy
renders clinically important effect and positive influence for immune
processes, which play famous pathogenetic part in the development of
epiglottis necrosis. By influence of IVIGtherapy the producing activity
of proinflammatory agent descends, the content of micro- and middle

ÇÀÂÈÑÈÌÎÑÒÈ ÎÒ ÑÎÑÒÎßÍÈß ÑÎÅÄÈÍÈÒÅËÜÍÎÉ ÒÊÀÍÈ Ñóõàíîâà Ë.À. IMMUNOLOGICAL REACTIVITY OF THE PATIENTS UNDERGONE THE SURGERY FOR PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS DEPENDING ON THE STATE OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE Suhanova L. A. The
carried stady of the connective tissue state in 50 patients undergone
the pulmonary tuberculosis revealed that more than a half (58%)
demonstrated the signs of connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) of lungs
and of all organism. All observed patients got the pre- and
postoperative changes in immunological reactivity that is in conformity
with the literature data. Nevertheless, the patients with pulmonary TB
with x-ray and phenotype signs of CTD (compared to the individuals with
absent CTD signs) demonstrated the more T-lymphocytes number that is an
evidence of the strained cellular immunity as well as the higher level
of the pulmonary and bronchial antigene, complement consumption before
and after surgery and bronchial antigen complement consuption after
operationthat reflects the humoral immune activity. The pulmonary CTD
does not influence eesentially on the immunological reactivity of the
organism.
